ORDERING & PAYMENT
All buyers should always ensure that the information given (eg. shipping address) are accurate before submitting. Payment can be made via credit card, Visa, Maybank2u or any other online banking services. Orders and/or shipping address cannot be changed once payment is completed.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES & TIMELINE
All items are pre-ordered and will take 2-3 weeks to arrive at the buyer’s doorstep. In some cases, the factory might run a little late due to unforeseen circumstances in production, which we will inform you about via email. 

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Standard shipping via Poslaju will be used for all orders, which is a flat rate of MYR7 for the first 0.5kg. An additional MYR3 will be added for every additional item up to 1kg. We will not be responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged when we have shipped it out. We will only give a full refund if items are lost/damaged during shipping from our suppliers.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Items that are entitled to be refunded or returned will be based on complaint. If an item has defects that had gone unnoticed by our quality control officers, we will provide a replacement or full refund upon the return of the item. In any case where items are unavailable/wrongly ordered, a full refund will be given to the buyer. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES
An item may be cancelled/changed before payment is made. After full payment has been processed/received, no further changes or cancellation can be made.
